I love animals and birds and so I have painted many of them. I have owned cats and dogs, so naturally I have painted them. I have painted draft horses and race horses realistically as well as abstractly. I spent some years doing watercolors of parrots, monkeys, elephants, lions, panthers, and other animals for the Florida market. Most recently I have painted a raccoon and a squirrel which visit my deck to eat anything I have put out for the birds.
